Why has my subscription been put on-hold or suspended?
A subscription labelled as “On-Hold” or “Suspended” in My Account means that there was an issue charging your credit card during one of our billing cycles. To update your billing information, please log into your account and click on the “Account” tab. From here you will be able to update your “Payment methods”. This will ensure that future charges go through. However, this will not re-instate your on-hold or suspended subscription.
For that, please visit our Custom Returning Subscription page and select the boxes you still need to complete your collection. You will then receive them in the designated months.
