If your subscription renewal was not processed properly due to an expired or cancelled card, you will receive an email informing you of this. The email will come from email@example.com with subject line “Invoice for renewal order”. Within this email, click “pay now” and follow the instructions.
If it’s been more than a week since you received the Invoice, it is likely that your subscription has been cancelled. In this case, please first update your credit card information in your account, then choose the Returning Subscriber option to select the kits that you still need for your collection.
