Dino-Mite Lava Cakes Use this recipe for the cakes: ½ cup all-purpose flour, ⅓ cup sugar, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, ¼ cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ⅓ cup milk, & ¼ cup chocolate chips. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk in the vanilla extract and oil. Slowly add the milk, & mix until smooth. Divide the batter into 4 well-greased ramekins, and add the chocolate chips to the middle. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
