We enjoyed the educational aspect of the box. For example, the recipe pages not only provided step by step instructions but also listed nutritional information for main ingredients, such as lettuce and beans, and cooking tips such as how to properly cook an egg. I’ve paid for 2 monthly boxes that have not been sent and are showing “unfulfilled” on my account. The message when calling the customer service phone is “unable to take phone support at this time”. I’ve called many times and they tell you send an email. After several email attempts, still no response. Buyer beware!
BEWARE! I know I selected non-renewal after a three-month subscription, but they renewed anyway. Customer service did not respond for a week and then agreed to refund minus 5% processing fee.
The QR codes in the recipe books give an error on all phones we’ve tried. Found the link for the app on the website, but it says it isn’t available. The recipe books have duplicate pages, adding confusion. We’re still trying to figure it all out, but finding it quite hard and complex to make it all work. Not yet impressed it helpful.
