Do you need dietary modifications to one of the recipes in our July 2020 80’s Night! kit? Check out the suggestions below:

Shake Shake Chicken

  1. Vegetarian and Vegan
    • Replace Drumsticks with Vegan Chicken cutlets like Quorn

Broccoli and Cheese Sauce

  1. Dairy Free
    • Replace butter with a dairy free alternative like Earth’s Best
    • Use a dairy free alternative to milk like Coconut, Almond, Oat or Soy milk
    • Instead of cheese you can use ¼ cup nutritional yeast
    • Add flavorings of your choice like ⅛ tsp Garlic, Onion and Mustard powders to taste

    • Replace flour with a Gluten free alternative
