Maple Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 package bacon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika & ½ teaspoon cayenne (optional)

Step-by-step
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking tray with foil and place the cooling rack on top. The cooling rack will make the bacon crispier, but is optional. Lay your bacon on the sheet.
- Add maple syrup, cinnamon, sugar, and pepper to a bowl and mix. Brush over the bacon.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Be careful that the sugar doesn't burn. Serve with your fave breakfast!
