Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1½ cups pineapple juice, chilled
- ½ cup cream of coconut
- 2 scoops coconut or vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup of ice, divided

- Add all the ingredients except ½ cup of ice to a blender. Blend on high.
