Manwhile, here’s a trick to help keep things from sticking to your rolling pins.
Rolling cookie dough between plastic wrap. Make a ball of dough and flatten it on a piece of plastic wrap. Cover with a second piece of plastic wrap. Roll it out with a rolling pin.
Not too thick, not too thin, just right! Why roll dough between the plastic wrap? When done this way, rolling pins don’t stick to the cookie dough and no extra flour is needed. Adding too much flour can make baked goodies lose their rich flavor! Now go bake some cookies with the kids.
