It’s time to take your cookies to the next level! Remind your little bakers to follow these oven-savvy tips for best results:
- Check cookies a few minutes before the timer is up, and watch closely from there. Oven temperatures and personal tastes vary, and cookies bake fast!
- Remove cookies just when they start to turn a touch golden on top, and leave them on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Believe it or not, your cookies will continue to bake even once they come out of the oven!
- After a few minutes, use a spatula to gently transfer the cookies to a wire rack (if you have one) as they continue to cool.
