Influenced by Tex-Mex cuisine, 7-layer dip is a popular American appetizer. Even though it’s called a 7-layer dip, the number of layers can vary depending on what you like. Some recipes use seasoned ground beef as a base layer, others top it off with shredded lettuce. But our favorite variation is serving it in single-portion cups. This way you get all the layers to yourself and can do all the double dipping you want. Enjoy!
