Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk or milk
- ¼ cup melted butter, plus more for greasing
- 2 eggs

Step-by-step
- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, combine and mix milk, butter, and eggs.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until combined. Set aside. Turn the waffle on to heat and grease when ready.
- Pour about ½ cup batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden, depending on your waffle iron. Repeat and serve warm with maple syrup and fruit!
