Toss up a delightful Thanksgiving side dish with this creamy and crunchy Brussels Sprout Slaw with Poppyseed dressing!

  • dressing:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons poppyseeds
  • slaw: 4 ounces Brussels sprouts (thinly sliced), 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1 pear (thinly sliced)

Grown-up steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, oil, and poppyseeds, and whisk well to make the dressing.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts, carrots, and pear slices to the bowl and combine well.
  3. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
