Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ½ cup shredded cheese blend (or cheese of choice)

Step-by-step
- Heat the oven to 355° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a clean, floured surface.
- Using a 1 1/2-inch star shaped cookie cutter, cut out shapes in the puff pastry and space them out evenly on 1 or 2 parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Brush a thin layer of egg wash over the puff pastry, and sprinkle the cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm, and share!
