- 2 lemons or limes
Kids kitchen skills:
- citrus squeezer
- measuring cup
- ice cube tray
- Squeeze lemons or limes into a measuring cup, making sure to remove seeds.
- Pour juice into ice cube tray molds, and freeze for two hours until set. Standard trays hold about 1 tablespoon in each mold. Use in your favorite sauces, dressings, and more!
