Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups frozen green peas
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- ⅔ cup mint
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste

Step-by-step
- Place frozen peas in a colander and defrost by pouring boiling water over them.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Place peas minus ½ cup and all other ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until chunky, do not over process. Stir in the rest of the peas and mix. Keep refrigerated for about one hour until ready to serve.
