Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- For the whipped cream:
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar

Step-by-step
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and vanilla, allowing the ingredients to warm up, about 5 minutes.
- Add pumpkin purée and mix until fully incorporated, 1-2 minutes.
- Turn off heat.
- In a large bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks begin to form.
- Beat in the confectioner's sugar and vanilla, but don’t over beat.
- Carefully pour Pumpkin Latte into mugs and top with whipped cream and cinnamon. Yum!
