  • 1-2 green bell peppers
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt & pepper

  • small bowl


Grown-up steps
  1. Cut the bell pepper horizontally into 4 rings about 1 inch thick. Use the larger center rings to cook the eggs.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the bell pepper rings in the pan and cook for about a minute.
  3. Carefully crack egg into the bell pepper rings, then add salt and pepper. Cover and cook 3-5 minutes, until the yolk has been set.
