Sure, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores over a campfire is fun. But if it’s too hot for a campfire, cool down with chocolatey marshmallow milkshakes! Make them extra fancy with crushed graham crackers around the rim of the glass. First, put the graham cracker crumbs from Step 1 on a small plate, and put a little milk into a small bowl. Then dip the rim of each glass into the milk, and then into the crumbs. Voila!

Tools:
- small sealable plastic bag
- rolling pin
- toaster oven
- parchment paper
- ice cream scooper
- blender
- 4 small glasses (4-ounce)
- small bowl
Step-by-step
- Put the graham crackers into the plastic bag. Seal it up. Use a rolling pin to crush the crackers into crumbs. Set aside.
- Place ½ cup marshmallows on a toaster oven tray lined with parchment paper. Broil or toast until brown on top, about 1 minute. Keep an eye on them—they burn very quickly! Note: If you don’t have a toaster oven, broil in your regular oven.
- Scoop (and count!) out 5 scoops of chocolate ice cream into the blender. To do this, dig your Ice Cream Scooper into the ice cream and turn your wrist to scoop it up.
- Add the toasted marshmallows and the milk to the blender. Blend until the marshmallows are all mixed in and the shake is smooth.
- Decorate the rims of 4 small glasses with graham cracker crumbs as described in the intro. Pour in the drink. Toast the remaining ½ cup marshmallows (repeat Step 2). Place them on the drink and enjoy!
