Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 package Knorr Leek Soup Mix
  • ¼ cup white onion, minced
  • ¼ cup parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
