Beef Cakes
1. Dairy-Free
- (For potatoes) Earth’s Balance butter substitute for potatoes instead of cream cheese, sour cream and butter
2. Gluten-Free

- Beyond Burger meat, eliminate salt in Step 1
4. Vegan
- Beyond Burger meat, eliminate salt in Step 1

Shhh…sushi
1. Dairy-Free
- Replace cheese with veggies
2. Vegetarian
- Replace turkey with tofu
3. Vegan
- Replace turkey with tofu and cheese with veggies
Corny Cupcakes
1. Dairy-Free
- Non dairy yogurt made from coconut, almond or soy
- Earth’s Balance vegan butter instead of regular butter
- Coconut, oat or other non-dairy milk
2. Gluten-Free
- Instead of wheat flour, use a gluten-free flour mix like Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour.
3. Vegan
- Instead of two eggs, use 2 ripe bananas or 2 tablespoons applesauce.
- Instead of butter, use a plant-based spread like Earth Balance Original
- Non dairy yogurt made from coconut, almond or soy
- (For frosting) – Instead of butter, use a plant-based spread like Earth Balance Original, and make sure that it is well-refrigerated before creaming with sugar.
- Replace milk with Coconut, Almond, Oat or Soy milk.
- You can find a gelatin free version of marshmallows in some stores and online.
