Spinach Dip

This comforting and creamy spinach dip will transport you back to your favorite childhood restaurant. It’s easy to make with the kids and tastes great paired with baby carrots or chips. Make it for the next school potluck, Superbowl Sunday, or as a tasty appetizer any day.

Spinach Dip Directions

• measuring cups

• medium bowl

• 1 box frozen spinach, thawed
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup plain or Greek yogurt
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 package Knorr Leek Soup Mix
• ¼ cup white onion, minced
• ¼ cup parsley, minced
• salt and pepper to taste


1. Drain spinach thoroughly and combine with other ingredients.
2. Keep cool until it’s time to eat! Serve with fresh vegetables or in a bread bowl.
