Aparna Pande’s Kidstir is a subscription service that home-delivers cooking kits so children and their parents can have fun making dinner together. Through the course of a year, kids collect recipes, gain important life skills and make memories with their families. Kidstir is capitalizing on the children’s enrichment space, which is an $86 billion market, said Pande. It has the dual benefit of instilling healthy habits in children from early childhood and fulfilling the desire of parents to spend quality time connecting with children. And awareness of those needs inspired Pande to start Kidstir.
